A dual-optical FT-IR microscope: 900 μm × 900 μm high-definition imaging plus a 10 mm × 10 mm widefield view, so you locate first and measure micro-areas second. Z-STACK depth-of-field extension lets rough and curved samples be measured without preparation, while real-time particle recognition and library matching cut contaminant identification from hours to minutes. Coaxial IR and visible optics with a magnetic micro-ATR make analysis point-and-shoot.
Spectrum Two FT-IR Spectrometer
A benchtop FT-IR for everyday analysis: 8300 – 350 cm⁻¹ covers mid-IR and extends into near-IR, with resolution better than 0.5 cm⁻¹ and an integrated universal sampling compartment that takes ATR accessories plug-and-play. The Dynascan interferometer needs no alignment and OpticsGuard protects the optics from humidity, so the 13 kg unit works on the bench and on site.
LAMBDA 750/850+/1050+ UV/Vis/NIR Spectrophotometer
A high-end platform for optical performance testing: the 1050+ covers 175 – 3300 nm with a double-beam, double-monochromator design, stray light down to 0.00007 %T and 8 A linearity so concentrated samples need no dilution. PMT and Peltier-cooled PbS detectors cover the whole range, and the large sample compartment accepts 100 / 150 mm integrating spheres and variable-angle reflection accessories — transmittance and reflectance of filters, coatings, glass and PV films in one pass.
LAMBDA 365+/465 UV/Vis Spectrophotometer
The workhorse UV/Vis for universities and QA labs: 190 – 1100 nm. The 365+ uses a double-beam Czerny-Turner optical system with 0.5 – 20 nm variable bandwidth and 4 A absorbance; the 465 uses a photodiode array that captures a full spectrum in 20 ms. A large compartment takes over ten sampling accessories including autosamplers and thermostatted cell holders, with 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software.
