Motic's digital microscopy interactive system has won the bid for the digital microscopy interactive classroom project at the School of Basic Medical Sciences, Henan College of Nursing, with a total contract value of RMB 1.59 million.

Tailored for the college's basic medical laboratory teaching, the system is built around 120 student-side M150S wireless digital microscopes, together with two teacher-side advanced intelligent microscopes, interactive control software, wireless networking, image-processing terminals and teaching display systems, plus supporting equipment such as temperature and humidity control and specimen refrigerators. The electrical and cabling infrastructure of the two laboratories was also fully upgraded.

Unlike the traditional "one person, one microscope" laboratory class, the digital interactive classroom links teachers and students within a single wireless system. A teacher's view can be pushed to every student screen with one click, while student images are sent back in real time, so the teacher can follow each student's progress and comment on the spot. Results can be photographed, measured and annotated, and experiment reports generated with one click, leaving the entire teaching process traceable.

The M150S, which handles student observation, is the wireless digital model in the series. It uses an infinity-corrected optical system for clear, high-contrast imaging, and comes with built-in wireless transmission and smart connectivity, so it can join the classroom without cabling. Simple to operate and durable, it suits the intensive, long-term use of university laboratories.
