Features
- Arms are fixed to the same stand as the microscope, so the field stays put while the pipette moves
- A 72 mm condenser working distance leaves room for both pipette holder and dish in the light path
- Four camera ports on the stand allow simultaneous capture of the injection sequence and fluorescence
- Incubation and CO2 modules hold 37 °C and 5% CO2 throughout the procedure
- Captured images carry magnification and filter-cube metadata, ready for archiving
Applications
- ICSI in reproductive medicine centres
- Embryo biopsy and preimplantation genetic testing
- Nuclear transfer and somatic cell cloning
- Microinjection into stem cells and organoids
- Transgenic and gene-editing microinjection
- Patch clamp and electrophysiology electrode work
