LAMBDA 750/850+/1050+ UV/Vis/NIR Spectrophotometer
Model: LAMBDA 750 / 850+ / 1050+A high-end platform for optical performance testing: the 1050+ covers 175 – 3300 nm with a double-beam, double-monochromator design, stray light down to 0.00007 %T and 8 A linearity so concentrated samples need no dilution. PMT and Peltier-cooled PbS detectors cover the whole range, and the large sample compartment accepts 100 / 150 mm integrating spheres and variable-angle reflection accessories — transmittance and reflectance of filters, coatings, glass and PV films in one pass.

Features
- 175 – 3300 nm in one instrument: UV, visible and near-IR without changing platforms
- Double beam with double monochromator: stray light down to 0.00007 %T for high-absorbance samples
- 8 A linearity means concentrated solutions go straight in, no dilution errors or lost time
- PMT plus Peltier-cooled PbS detectors keep signal-to-noise high across the whole spectral range
- UV/Vis bandwidth continuously variable from 0.01 nm — narrow peaks and weak signals both handled
- Large compartment takes 100 / 150 mm integrating spheres and universal reflectance accessories for solids, films and powders
- Variable-angle transmission and specular reflectance (0 – 90°, 0.01° steps) in a single mounting
- Purpose-built for optical metrology: transmittance, reflectance, band gap and haze for optics, coatings, displays and PV
Applications
